- A. Children of elementary school age (12 years and under) may stay in the same bed free of charge. If you require bedding for your child, you can stay at the same rate as an adult.
If you have elementary school children who would like to share the bed with you, please enter the number of children as "Infants (no Dining and bedding)" when making a reservation. Maximum of 1 person may share a bed with each adult (1 bed).
Please note that if your child, an elementary school student (sleeping with you), requires Dining or the use of on-site facilities, this will not be included in the reservation fee and will need to be paid separately on-site. - Q. Is there a convenience store nearby?

- A. According to Ureshino city ordinance, a bathing tax of 150 yen per person per night (12 years old and over) will be charged.
The bathing tax is not included in the price displayed when booking online. Please note that this will be charged separately on site. - Q. When does the cancellation fee start?
- A. Cancellation of reservation is free of charge up to 2 days before the date of stay.
20% of the accommodation fee will be charged for cancellations made the day before the arrival date, and 80% will be charged for cancellations made on the day of arrival.
Also, if you do not show up without notice of cancellation, we will charge the full amount of the accommodation fee.
For group reservations of 15 people or more, please check directly with the sales office or hotel where you made the reservation.
